The SW-102S Digital SWR Meter is engineered for optimal performance within the popular VHF (144-148MHz bands) and UHF (430-450MHz bands) amateur radio bands. Handheld Radio Users Note:Many handheld radios have a low-power (“Low” or “Eco”) mode that outputs BELOW 0.5 watts. If your meter isn't reading, first check that your radio is set to MEDIUM or HIGH power.
Requires Minimum Power: For both the SWR and Power Meter functions to work accurately, the power meter needs a stable input signal of at least 0.5 watts. Maximum measurable power range up to 120W
